This is a competitive world. Being successful requires that you prove yourself always by being the best in everything you do, like getting good grades, winning trophies etc. This requires kids to learn several habits including:
Being Proactive – This lets you take control and responsibility for things in life.
Setting Targets – One of the easy ways to steer your mind and time is to set targets on what you want to accomplish.
Time Management & Priorities – It is key to understand what you need to do at any time of the day. You may have bunch of homework, extra curricular activities and you want to have fun. Need to manage your time so that you don’t get exhausted at the end of it.
Never Give Up – Lot of things may look hard in the beginning. You may not do well the first time. You learn from the mistakes and that gives you all the more reason to try and do better the next time.
Manage Impulses – Ability to monitor impulses and control emotions.
